The Blog Goop list of recommended tools

www.technorati.com This is the granddaddy of blog promotion as far as I've seen. Technorati has made some amazing tools which encourage commenting on your blogs and much more. Check out their tag clouds, authority ratings widgets, Technorati Cosmos, and much, much more!

Sitemeter.com Sitemeter is an excellent stats tracker! Who would have known that 1% of my hits came from Cyprus of all places? Before I got Sitemeter FREE, I sure didn't! It's been great for seeing just how many people have been to my site.
